( My ranting on Twitter about NCIS ep Legends (Part 2) )

NCIS made me angry, but not as angry as when my computer suddenly decided it didn't like my portable hard drive any longer. It's ok, and all my data's there, but it doesn't work at home. At work, and probs at Mark's, it's fine. I still have my NaNo stuff (which I lost from the main PC when the computer got sent away to be "repaired", which it wasn't, it's still fucking around). But I've lost a load of my fanfics that I had saved to Word, and a load of my old Kathryn Janeway theatrical_muse stuff... I mean, I still have the LJ account, but it's the principle of it.

Is it bad that I could remember the Welsh for principle but not the English? At least my shorts have arrived. If I have to shorten them... Meh. It's for under a tutu. Oh!

I've got a black and red tutu, but the stiching was going all wiggy, so I got mum to sew up the little hole that came from busted stiches and then I sewed on three black fabric flowers, you know, just to cover the join. It looks kinda lush. :D And I customised a top, just a line of sequins (I cheated, they were already in a row, I just sewed them on) and some lace (mum sewed that on; even my tacking is crap). So I'm going to a surprise party on Saturday (my cousin turned 40 either today or earlier on in the week), so I'm wearing a black and red outfit - black top (customised one), black and red tutu, black shorts, red tights with black fishnets over them (under the shorts) and hopefully my black Mary Janes (four inch heels with a platform that I used when I dressed up as an overweight Hermione - I had the tie when I couldn't find my "Slytherin" tie (my old school tie)). Hopefully it'll look cool, and I won't look like mutton dressed as lamb.

:: Looks shiftily :: deltadasher (my sister) is hopefully going as a pirate. I need her to go as a pirate, cause I won't have the confidence to dress up in that outfit cause normally I'm the one in jeans and a t-shirt, but the party is smart casual so... Yeah. Is that outfit (skirt etc) smart casual? Or just weird? @__@

And I need to find my hair dryer, cause when I wash my hair and blow dry it, it goes poofy, which rocks! :D

I'm almost tempted to go as Hermione now. It's not dress up, but I would look tidy.

Right, better get back to working properly. I just wanted to update as I haven't done so in ages (mostly cause the guy who had the net that Mark shared disconnected it without warning during Sunday night (into Monday morning) and tried to sneak move out without paying the gas bill he owes). Work.

Edit: Oh! And I've started reading New Moon cause Christopher Heyerdahl is in the movie version, and I have a bit of a, 'OMFG it's Todd!' squees for him. On chapter three and it was a slog. Oh well, I have something to read on the trip up at least.

I like Gerard Way slightly... More in the dark hair with blonde on the top layer phase than the bottle blonde and flat hair phase... He rocks though, and omg gooooooooood voice!!! If you do feel the need to grab, just comment and credit... The normal stuff.

Got a new pair of jeans today. They are so comfy and yummy and gorgeous and dark and snug (but in a good way... I now have a slightly defined ass! :D)

I spoke to Mark's mum today too, without having mum or Mark around. It was nice. :D

Our cooker's fucked. Well, the oven. The grill is fine. I mean, mum actually paid for me and the siblings to have chips and a burger from Oscar's in town. How cool!!! (Yet fattening... Won't be happening again for a while, cause mum doesn't like the idea of us buying out cause it's expensive, but we got a nice load of food for under eight quid! :D)

Still got a sore throat, but shockingly my time of the month wasn't so bad today. It didn't feel as if I had been kicked three million times in the middle of the night!!! :D So that means when I go out tomorrow to my auntie's house I am gonna be in floods of tears and in proper anguish. Thank you God.

OMG! I watched all the Narnian Tales that the BBC did, and "Peter" hasn't changed much! :D I mean, a few minutes into TLTWaTW I was like, 'OMG that's Nicky from Crime Traveller!' so there was muchos bouncing... And the early twenties Caspian was drop dead yummy, and Jill was actually how I imagined her!!! :D Didn't much like Lucy's teeth, they were kinda Dwayne Dibley-esque. And her voice was kinda grin... annoying!

Really hate seeing Jane. Her eyes just wig me out... and her teeth. They're horse-like. And not in a good way (although when is horselike ever good! :D). I just... don't like her.

I just wanna see Mark. I really miss him. I want him here. I want him behind me, hugging me, kissing my neck, whispering, playing with my hair. I just want his company. I want him to say all his silly things as we hold hands and watch movies. Or him blowing the hair away from my neck.

This headache is really banging... Gonna take some co-codamol before be. It'll make sure I sleep. :D I need it. I always feel shitty when I get up. :( If it wasn't for Mark calling me, I'd sleep till ten. And that isn't good when I have to work at eleven on a Wednesday or a Friday.

Can you lose weight around the neck? I think I have a fat neck. Sounds strange, but you can see a thin neck from a fat neck. I mean, look at Kate Hepburn. She had a thin, swanlike neck. What do I get? A tree trunk! To go with the tree trunk legs! Hoeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!! *_*

I'm not complaining about my weight, cause I don't fit (in a brill way!) into my DP green coords... They're too big and I went for my usual size!!! They squeeze my tummy a bit if I sit in an awkward position, but otherwise they fit... Or not, as the case might be. They slip slightly, and if I push down, they slip over the spare tyre and to the floor (most people didn't need that image, sorry!!!)... So that makes me feel better for myself. Cause I mean, DP make fashionable clothes, so if their size 20 trousers are a bit too big it rocks! :D The size 18 tops kinda fit (a bit to tight at times), but the 20 fit brill (yeah, I'm a big girl! :D). So DP is a shop that doesn't make me feel fat (unlike some other shops :: coughs :: Blue Monkey :: coughs :: )

If anyone wants to request a track, just go ahead. I have a lot of rock... A lot of Girls Aloud, pop, a tiny weeny bit of dance... I can find a lot of stuff on the net though if you really REALLY want a certain track... Just call me Rachwire! :D

My nerves are shot! :| Got my interview in two hours and 20 mins... Kinda nervous, as this is my first proper job interview and I always try and explain things with my hands (like news presenters on the BBC with their hands going 100mph)... I shall be ok... :S

Got new clothes. A blue skirt (I know, Rachel in a skirt, shock!!!), a blue layered top and a black layered top. :) They are teh pretty!!! :D
