I had a dream that David Hewlett was captain of a University Challenge team, except he was older... Kinda like Rodney in the Last Man episode (uh... end of season 4)... And then I was helping save this village from bad people with Sheppard and I think Sam Carter... And there was many explosions, some of them blue. It was good but kinda twisted.

And I woke up Mark with my talking... Or he woke me up while I was trying to figure out why David Hewlett was on University Challenge looking kinda old and grey...

Driving tomorrow. Mum is so much better to go out with! Seriously. When I stalled, I didn't feel as if the whole world came to an end, I just felt like a learner driver... It was great. :D

Gym visiting tomorrow. :D I really like the gym, and also, I CAN BEND MY KNEES!!!

Ok, that sounds kinda weird, but just hear me out. You know how some people can slowly bend at the knees in that uber sexy (but kinda slutty) way, like the Pussycat Dolls? I can do that again! It's not such a great look at my size, but Mark's eyes were on stalks this evening. :D So that made me feel goooooooooooood! :D

But ye gods. I ate at 8, and I'm hungry now (it's 10:35pm). This is not fun!!! :(

As I was telling Mark earlier, if they had dance classes around here, I'd go to that and the gym. Sounds weird, but I do like doing things... I just take a long time to actually get myself together if I don't have anything planned. But, going to the gym? Mum and I plan when we're gonna go and it helps, cause I think, 'Gym tonight, chill tomorrow, gym next day,' and I'm trying to walk more too... It just isn't working much.

I think I've just crashed my Windows Media Player... I don't think it could handle the influx of Rachel music (I have a lot, trufax). Hmm, resetting just made me forget why I went on it to begin with... Meh, Lady Gaga on now. It's actually a great album. I forgot how much I love new music. It's like my drug or something. :D

Right, music onto phone, then I might go to bed. Lesson at 10:30 with Ralph... Probs gonna do junctions and stuff. :) I kinda freaked mum out... I did one junction in second gear... I need to learn to slow down. :)

I'd like to thank God, my parents, all my fandoms, all my RL fandoms, all my friends and especially you. Yes, you, the person reading this post. Because, lets face it, you rock!

Sounds like a weird request, but I don't want Zia to sing Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered in a Christmas show cause it's in the most awkward place and I'd rather have all three of the witches have another song together than have Zia randomly sing at the start of the fourth scene before you actually know that she's chasing a guy (also, she sings 'What Lola Wants' at the end, which is the total opposite of Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered cause Lola is about getting the guy, Bewitched is about being in love and being fucked over slightly by it).

61... Not bad. There's loads there I wanna watch, but never really got around to doing.

It's so sunny here. It's amazing. I'm just so happy. I hate winter cause I get so depressed and yucked up, but summer is perfect. Sunshine is amazing, even if a moment in it burns me.

Well, not just a moment, but you know what I mean. I'll have to put on sunscreen before I go out (although yesterday there was a storm with loads of rain... I hate storms!). It's just amazing to turn my head and out there is bright sunlight reflecting on the houses across the street, amazingly clear blue skies and, if I didn't have my music on, I'd hear birds singing. It's just great. I love summer! :D

I just don't love it enough to get burnt.

Best go shower before work. I really can't be fagged, it's too nice out, but what's gotta be done has gotta be done. Maybe I'll do the windows, something nice for the boss to come back to.

Mark and I had a bit of a fight over the phone today.

What else is new?

I got over it though after a few hours away from the phone, and watching Red Dwarf and Ashes to Ashes... And finding out that a tv pig puppet that I loved watching as a kid was voiced by God Dewi Pws. It just made everything that little bit brighter. :D So I called Mark after Ashes to Ashes, and we chatted really happily for about twenty minutes and I just feel hellishly better for it. I really hate arguing with him, or getting frustrated (in a bad way) with him.

It was a PM someone sent me over ff.net (yes, I know it's not the coolest place around, but I can store my fics there! :D)... Basically, I told this girl off (as thousands others had) for messing around with the English language, dragging MCR into it and for not knowing that rain and snow together is sleet!

Me: "How... How can you walk into a fandom like Harry Potter, be a witch and a vamp (ok, it's possible, but think of the major hellish lessons the girl would have... The only one she'd join other people with is Astronomy... Maybe Potions if she's really, REALLY lucky), wear stuff from Hot Topic (which, in England, would be very hard, as England hasn't got Hot Topic anywhere in it's confines!), be a goth, walk around outside (when you've just said she was a vamp!), and then, THEN, have the audacity to say this.

WTF man? WTF?! If it's snowing AND raining it's called sleet! And there can be sun! God, have you never seen the sky?

Someone liked it at least. Maybe I should write rant fics... Nah, they get boring, and there's only so much I can do in that style.

I've actually been writing fic recently. One's a total joke fic, taking the piss out of little twelve (maybe thirteen) year olds trying to write, "Grown up fic." I had some lols writing it...

Mark really doesn't like fanfic though... It's kinda disheartening, but then I remember I don't like some of the things he does (computer games where you shoot and walk at the same time? I totally do not get why they're so great!) so we both balance out. Like, I had this really great idea for a Snape fic, and he was just like, 'Nope. He wouldn't have been different,' even though he moved away from all the shit in his life before it went shit on him... If his mum had divorced, she'd have moved back to the wizarding world, he wouldn't have met Lily, wouldn't have made such an emotional attachment, wouldn't have been pissed off with evil muggles for beating his mum up, wouldn't have as many issues with the Marauders... He wouldn't have been a god damned Death Eater, or spy for Dumbledore!

But no. No change. :: Shrugs :: Oh well, that's his opinion and he's entitled to it. He'll always love computer games, and I'll always love fic... But we'll love each other too. :D

Work's been ok... I guess. It's September, and everywhere is dead. Even Hags was empty when I went in after work, and usually when I go in there's loads of people there. But no, it was just Ben, his music and a load of DVDs not being rented. So if I get shit from the boss tomorrow I'm just gonna tell him that it's been dead here all fucking week!

I won't tell him that I've been writing fics... That would just make him sack me... Well, maybe not (cause he can be quite nice if you explain why things have been shit) but I really need the money these next few months... Like, to go to Harlech, pay my subs, pay rent, buy nice pretty stuff, to stay off JSA (no freaking way man!)...

It's a sorry state of affairs if the two highlights of my day are me chatting with Mark (which always brings a smile to my face) and finding out that Chris Co-op (yesss... him...) is not gay.

I actually asked him.

Yes, Rachel (that's me), the one with no guts when it comes to guys and their sexuality, asked Chris Co-op, the guy I had a crush on since I was about 15/16, if he was gay.

The conversation after that should have been kept for when both parties are so drunk that neither remember the convo the next day. However, neither of us were, so I am now scarred for life (as is Ruth). But he isn't gay... Which is a kinda a bit of a thing for me... Dunno why, cause I only kinda half like him when I haven't seen or heard Mark in hours (cause Chris is like tall and thin and geeky... Just Mark has added charm and charisma and all round yummyness!!!)

Actually, three highlights. I found Pinkie!!! :D The mp3 player. Serious, I thought I'd lost her, but she's found, and now has batteries. I'm gonna change the music on there though, cause I'm kinda bored with some of the stuff on there. But I have some Phantom stuff there... Might delete the duet cause she has a high voice. It's ok in Point of No Return cause it's kinda haunting and stuff, but in All I Ask of You it's kinda too high and I'm like, '... OWWW My ears!!!'

But, yeah, Mark was good today. He's still having trouble with CSS (if you don't know what it means don't worry :D) so I need to wrap my head around it before Saturday lunch time (cause that's when I get to Harlech).

Today has been an ok day.

Didn't do too bad at work... Didn't do fantastically though. Wendy was nice about my hair (It was up in a half pony tail) and was nice to me (which was really really weird cause I'm not used to nice from people... I'm used to the strange looks they give me when I do something weird/different/out of the normal practice of things)... Told me to be a bit more involved though (I am a team player! ... Dunno if that makes me happy or confused).

Watched them record 'The Edge of Love' today... I am so glad I'm not doing media now, cause the Sparrow would be loving that, and making us go watch etc etc.

Need to practice my songs. Need to learn the words to All I Ask of You. To learn words I have to find the lyrics/listen to the music over and over again, and I've given my copy of the lyrics to Barbara (yes, that was a very clever idea at the time, but not so much anymore, as I've been asked to learn words). I'm ok with the solo (bit shakey in places but it'll tidy up in the next two weeks).

Ok, just printed out the lyrics... Will learn it at work tomorrow... Actually Jack said he wanted a word on Friday, but never spoke of it afterwards. Random.

OMG Harlech totally rocked!! Mark and I had a romantic lunch, a fun (alcohol fulled) game of Truth or Dare (which was... mindblowingly amazing!!!). I got up there Saturday, I was really tired, almost had a nap when I got in (but didn't)... We went shopping after a few hours. And we lit candles (and played Truth Or Dare until after midnight... Almost one-ish actually). It was pretty and romantic.

Sunday was just as great, but in a different way. It was softer. Saturday was rougher, more needy, but Sunday... We had a romantic lunch, watched movies, listened to music. It was... nice. And I don't mean nice in a bad way, but as a positive thing. I loved it. I liked being treated like a girl, and being wined and dined... And we danced. :) It was amazing.

I got a lil tipsy that night though, so for about an hour after I went to bed I was giggling for no reason... Mark thought it was funny at times. :D

It was a good weekend!!!!

And OMG how much do I love The Phantom's booming voice in the Il Muto/Poor Fool part of the movie/song? :D Love it so much!!! Damn it all for Raoul getting the girl... I would have rathered the Phantom. 'Sorry Raoul, you seem like the type of guy who'd take longer to do his hair than I would... It's Erik for me!' :D

So I have my Spring Fling challenge... Shall be fun. Ruth's gonna be my beta (again, she read over my other Voyager one I did recently), so she'll be an asset to the muse.

I've been really tired recently. It's like the bedtime I'm used to is like not so great any more. I wake up naturally and I feel like shit, I wake up with the alarm I feel worse... And I feel tired all day. I'm getting little bursts of pain in my lower abdomen - like cramps but not really - I feel sick a lot and I'm either way too hot or way too cold, and it's fucking me over. My lower left leg is been giving me jip (my ankle mostly, and the outside of the foot, up to, and surrounding, my two smallest toes). Yesterday I was in the car, and the vibrations just made it hurt so much, I was almost crying... Walked on the sand fine, but the pavement? In shops? It was killer! Took two paracetemol when I got home, dullened the ache slightly, but omg I just feel like shit.

Had Wendy in the shop yesterday. She did the windows (Rock On!!!) and she made the displays look pretty... Whether or not they stay pretty is a different matter... But she won't learn how to use the card reader (which is kinda weird). I mean, ok, she's only here a few days a week, but she might as well learn, like to push out the last remnants of something really unneeded like... How to make rings for mice or something... I dunno.

Finally reading Interview With A Vampire. I've been meaning to read it since January, but I seem to not read it, so I finally sat down and started reading (last night actually, cause I wasn't feeling too great) and I got to like 116 before I went to sleep (well, put the book down). It's getting good though. I read some more today. I'm passed where Louis and Claudia are discussing going to Europe to find more like them, and oh so good!!! :D

So, I didn't go to Halrech this weekend... After the panic Mark put me through on Monday I thought it best to break with routine for a while and stay home... Which was a kinda good idea on paper, but I really miss him, and I couldn't just pop up there for the weekend when I said I wouldn't cause he has to tell some woman that I'm coming up for a visit. So Friday I got kinda depressed, I'm a size bigger than Julie (Ruth's best friend) so I went kinda "falling rocket" on her and Ruth, and on Saturday it kinda happened again (but technically my fault, we went to TK Maxx, which has pretty dresses up to size like 16, 18 if you're really lucky, but then it's black after that for the very bigger sizes, which didn't help my mood). But! Julie said, "Look, lets go to Evans," cause they have pretty clothes for the bigger sizes, and the boots actually get around your big fat calves.

Got the vocal/piano selections book of "Wicked" but it misses out the best bits (like the 'There's been some confusion...' at the start of "What Is This Feeling?" and the chorusy bit in it, and "Dancing Through Life" is only up until Fiyero stops singing and Boc (or is it Bic?) asked Galinda for a dance but she deflects him onto Nessa... Yeah, the best bits... And "Defying Gravity" is totally changed! :: Sobs :: Oh well...) but still good!!! I've just been, well I can't say reading, but it's been open and I've just been singing along with it... (They actually miss out March of the Witch Hunters and Sentimental Man, but I don't like Sentimental Man so that's ok)...

Got red eyeshadow in Carms too!!! Well, it's more for Ruth when I do her Frank make up (watch the Helena video, you'll see what I mean)... And I got Corpse Bride on DVD, and the Blues Brothers soundtrack (we have it on tape in mum's car, so it's like, 'Omfg yaaaay!!!')

Oh!! I held Elliw's baby on Friday! She's such a cutie! And I got all broody and seriously she's so cute and small... She cried after a while, cause she had only just woken up and hadn't had her feed... Oh but so cute!!! And awwwwwwwwwww!!!! :: Grins madly ::

Sunday was boring... No Mark. :( But I did see his mum. Had a chat with her. She rocks so much!!! We chatted about Mark, and how I was down here next weekend too, so he's gonna be like, 'I'm so bored,' and like a bear with a sore tooth when she calls. He's not... Well, not with me, but that's what you get for being the fiancée (still weird me calling myself that) and not the mother... :D I get the cute, 'I miss you' stuff (which I secretly love!) and the talking about things that make me blush in public (ie not in my own room by myself)... But I go up to see him the last weekend of term, and he's back the week after, and I have him for three weeks!!! And we can do things and be happy and not tired from travelling (seriously, Saturdays after travelling to Harlech on the train, I get to bed by about eleven... Saturday just gone I went to bed at about one ish!)

I found my Foo Fighters CD today. It's like one of my ultimate albums (The Color and the Shape). I can just sit and listen to it over and over again all the time. It's really cheered me up that I've found it cause I thought I'd lost the actual CD during the move. See, I'm one of those people who just cannot put CDs away in thir cases after I'm done with them, unless I consciously think, 'Ohm, I best put that away now,' otherwise I will forget. I don't do it with other people's cds (Mark would kill me if he saw me do that!).

I finally actually saw Elvira (my second cousin or something) and her baby and husband, and oh my gosh the baby's so sweet! I must be getting closer to my time of the month, I'm getting broody! It's really bad, and I think I freaked out mum (well, freaked her out more after getting behind the wheel... Oh my god so much fun!!! I can manouver the car, I just can't reverse straight like).

Anyways, watched Top Gear. Missed the first 10 mins cause I was helping mum dry dishes. I had scampi with lemon for dinner. It was yum, and really tasted nice cause I don't usually put lemon on my fish, but this time I did. And mum's left the prawns out to defrost, so I have something for lunch tomorrow. I'm eating more fish at the moment (this time last week I was home after having a McDonalds... Yeah).

That sore throat I had a while back? I have it again. I'm coughing and trying to not chocke and when I swallow it hurts and uuuuugh. I hate being ill. And knowing my crappy luck, Wendy will be in Tuesday with a whole load of shoes for me to price up and put out. I mean, there is only so much fucking room in that place, and I cannot arrange things in a sensible way without help! :( But my suede boots are really comfy, so I'm happy there. They're a bit too big but meh, I can wear thicker socks. :D

I'm going to go to bed. Need to conserve energy if I'm going to Harlech next weekend. ;D

So with the money (and my wages), I got three pairs of shoes with big heels (well, two pairs of shoes and a pair of pointy boots), Pokemon Blue Dungeon Rescue Team (it's really addictive!!!), undies (but nothing racy - for once), Firefly (all of it), Pirates of the Carribean, and a satiny nighty that looked so preddeh!!!! :D

Christmas was great. We had beef and fun and no going over to my grandad's so I finished my VAMB secret Santa fic (fucking A!!!! :D). Went to Carms on Boxing Day and got some good things in the sales (like my gorg shoes!!!), but Next and Boots weren't opened so I'll have to wait until I go to Carms again before I can use them (cause the Boots here is like shite!!! And I always get weird looks when I buy the things I need from there).

Mum got the Shan Cothi CD. She has such a great voice. It's so full and yummy and controlled... The voice I wish I had really, cause she can sing opera and pop and jazz and it's stunning!!!
